TERMS and CONDITIONS: ALL ITEMS offered in “AS-IS” and “Where Is” Condition.  No Warranties or Guarantees of any type are Expressed or Implied by the Seller or Auction Company.  The Auctioneers are not responsible for any statements made by the Sellers or other parties.  

SETTLEMENT:  Full Cash payment or Good Check paid to the Cashier today before removing or loading any items.  NO SALES TAX AND NO BUYER’S PREMIUM!  All items must be removed on day of sale unless arrangements are made with the Auctioneer.  However, any items remaining after 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday March 22nd, 2017 shall be considered forfeited and shall become the property of the Auction Firm.  In addition, the Auctioneer, or the Auction Firm, shall not be responsible for the security of any items on the yard.   Winning Bidders shall assume full responsibility for items purchased immediately upon being declared the winning bidder.  

RESERVE or SELLER CONFIRMATION: Some items may be offered subject to a “Reserve”.  These items will be marked clearly with a “RED COLOR R” on the item tag.  If you are the highest bidder on one if these items and the Auctioneer “passes on the bid”, speak with one of the ringmen immediately about the reserve.  You may still get the item.

AFTER PASS BID PURCHASES:  All items on the lot today are subject to the Auctioneers fee or commission.   By the Consignment Contract, all items on the lot are legally “consigned to the Auctioneer” and therefore in the control of the Auctioneer and subject to contracted fees.

BIDDING:  Anyone in attendance at the Auction is permitted to bid, if legally qualified, and if prepared to pay for your purchases today.  All Bidders must be registered, provide proof of Identification and obtain bidder’s card! 

TIE BIDS:  The Auctioneer is in full control of the Bidding Process.  You are responsible to make your bid known to the Auctioneer or a ringman.  If you are not sure if your bid has been acknowledged, ask someone immediately.  The Auctioneers SOLD is final.  There are no tie bids.
